ITIL Certificaciones y Exámenes - Fundación e Intermedio

El esquema de certificación ITIL se compone de un enfoque modular que permite a los estudiantes construir una base y luego especializarse en conceptos avanzados en el futuro.

ITIL Foundation

La Fundación ITIL es la calificación de nivel de entrada que ofrece un conocimiento general de los elementos clave, conceptos y terminología utilizados en el ciclo de vida de servicio de ITIL, incluyendo los vínculos entre las etapas del ciclo de vida, los procesos utilizados y su contribución a las prácticas de administración de servicios.

ITIL FOUNDATION

ITIL Practitioner

ITIL Practitioner es la siguiente etapa después de ITIL Foundation. El Practicante de ITIL proporciona orientación de "cómo" para comenzar a aplicar las mejores prácticas de ITIL dentro de una organización. Se ha desarrollado proporcionar un paso entre la Fundación y el Nivel Intermedio y tiene como objetivo mejorar la capacidad de las personas para adoptar y adaptar ITIL en sus organizaciones.

ITIL PRACTITIONER

ITIL Intermediate

Las certificaciones ITIL Intermediate consisten en múltiples módulos, cada uno con diferentes enfoques y rutas que pueden seleccionarse. Tome como pocos, o como muchos, las calificaciones intermedias que se requieren para satisfacer las necesidades. Los cursos de nivel intermedio de ITIL son las partes más útiles del marco útil para ayudar a las organizaciones a implementar y ver los resultados de ITIL.

ITIL Intermediate (Lifecycle Stream): aborda aspectos de ITIL desde una perspectiva holística del ciclo de vida. Ciclo de vida puede ser más adecuado para aquellos con responsabilidad de gestión mirando la imagen general de gestión de servicios de TI. El curso de Estrategia de Servicio en particular está muy enraizado en la estrategia corporativa más amplia y el ambiente de gobierno:

  • ITIL SERVICE STRATEGY
  • ITIL SERVICE DESIGN 
  • ITIL SERVICE TRANSITION
  • ITIL SERVICE OPERATION
  • ITIL CONTINUAL SERVICE IMPROVEMENT

ITIL Intermediate (Capabilities Stream): Módulos prescriptivos con vistas detalladas de las entradas, actividades, conceptos, métricas y resultados de cada proceso, que desarrollan capacidades para las mejores prácticas de los procesos de TI, en lugar de simplemente gestionarlos. Son de gran utilidad para aquellos que participarán en las actividades prácticas cotidianas descritas en cada uno de los procesos:

  • ITIL INTERMEDIATE OPERATIONAL SUPPORT $ ANALYSIS
  • ITIL INTERMEDIATE PLANNING, PROTECTION $ OPTIMIZATION  
  • ITIL INTERMEDIATE RELEASE, CONTROL $ VALIDATION  
  • ITIL INTERMEDIATE SERVICE, OFFERINGS AND AGREEMENTS

Certificaciones y exámenes ITIL - Expert and Master

ITIL Expert

El nivel de certificación de ITIL Expert está dirigido a aquellas personas que estén interesadas en demostrar un nivel superior de conocimiento de ITIL en su totalidad. El logro de este nivel de certificación ITIL mejorará el progreso y la progresión de la carrera en el campo de Gestión de Servicios de TI.

ITIL MANAGING ACROSS THE LIFECYCLE

Para ser elegible para la certificación ITIL Expert, debe:

✔ Have earned a minimum total of 17 credits from the Foundation, Practitioner, and Intermediate modules
✔ The Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) module must then be taken and passed to achieve a total of 22 credits, which is the minimum required for ITIL Expert level

*Candidates who achieve ITIL Expert level will also satisfy the pre-requisite entry criteria for the ITIL Master Level.

ITIL Master

The ITIL Master certification validates the capability of the candidate to apply the principles, methods, and techniques from ITIL in the workplace.

To be eligible for the ITIL Master Qualification, you must:

  • Have reached the ITIL Expert level; and
  • Have worked in IT service management for at least five years in leadership, managerial, or higher management advisory levels

ITIL Credit System

ITIL Credit System

Each ITIL certification has been assigned a specific credit value, based upon their level of ITIL content.

Upon successful completion of any ITIL examination recognized under the credit system, a student will be awarded both the certification and the credits attached.

The credits earned through this system can then be used towards the ITIL Expert level of certification, for which candidates must have earned a required number of credits (22) from qualifications which cover the full spectrum of ITIL best practice.
